Well, one of my neighbors was on the map, so I introduced myself to her. She was a nice 75 year old Japanese lady. We became friends, and more-over I became her tech support for when she had computer issues. I call her my Aunty Betty, because she's a good friend and in Hawaii that's how it is.
Well, yesterday while I was helping her clean out her gmail inbox, of 150,000 spam messages (lol), she was talking about how her last rental tenant gave her nothing but trouble. She said she had lowered the rent on her property by 1/3rd because due to the chynaaaaa-virus she couldn't find renters.
So, I told her my Trump supporting nephew was looking for a place, and long story short my new Aunt Betty waived the first months rent for my nephew and they move in next week.
So within two days, 150,000 spam emails were deleted, my Trump supporting nephew got a nice new 3 bed 2 bath house to rent for $1k a month, and my elderly Aunt Betty gets to stop having to worry about her income and an empty property.
Also Hunter Biden didn't pay $85 and now we get to see his sex tape.

Ya, made me feel somewhat useful. Normally my work goes unappreciated by any human element, as it's mostly just math and code.
In this case, it was really nice to help people directly and see a deliberate cause and effect resulting in the improvement of the human condition of multiple people, including my own family (nephew/wife) and his 3 kids.
Also, the house is overlooking the entire town, starting with a golf course, so it's basically the Hawaiian view everyone dreams of. Starts with a beautiful Hawaiian golf course, full of banyan trees, going all the way down to the pacific ocean.
It seems like a beautiful view. But not half as much as you for taking time to help another person. And just for the sake of being a good person. Wish we can spread that all around the world. You my friend are a great Patriot.
