How about we just make a law that any company not selling nuts and bolts (non-defense items) have to get US Gov approval to take an assload of cash from a foreign government. If not approved and you take the cash, we hang you as traitors after a fair and "expedient" trial, seems we have gotten out of the habit of hanging traitors.
