Even if the election somehow makes it to the courts would the court not be inclined to have to look into this first to ensure an eligible canadit was nominated. And i am not 100% sure of timing but if the evidence was presented to the FBI prior to Joe saying he will run/official nomination would that not open the investigation further as to why it went untouched.
