/r/politics is heavily community and mod censored. The community self censors, with mass downvotes and mass "report button" for anything that goes against the leftist narrative.

Its really funny when you call them out in it. Because they say; " but , r/politicalcompass, r/conservative, and r/the_donold are biases, why don you have a problem with that?"

Well sweetheart, politics is a default sub that should be unbiased in its moding. r/politicalcompass is unbiased which you seem to mix up with conservative. r/conservative is litterally called conservative, and the_donold is babbed for inviting violence to police of all things.

It makes them soo mad when they can't have 100% control of everything and every thought.

It’s the one point they always overlook, most commonly pointing to r/conservative bias but they never like it when you point out r/politics is supposed to be unbiased and include politics from all sides. If it was r/Democrat then nobody would have this problem because then they can have all the bias they want.

It would be like r/gaming only posting Xbox related stuff and calling out r/PlayStation for being biased towards PlayStation and never posting Xbox content even though they turned r/gaming into r/Xbox (hypothetically)

There’s a lot of bot and paid activity there too. You’ll get negative comments and downvotes in seconds on parts of posts that do not at all get organic traction. They always use the same repeated lines to do it too. Multiple accounts, same generic responses:

“Oh, so you prefer rapist Russian puppet Big Orange?”

Even if it has nothing to do with anything that was being discussed. If you continue talking to those people and it ends up being paid person, 80% of the time it’ll come up that they’re not even American. Redacted is so fucking creepy to try participating in.

I’m not sure the extent of this last bit, but they also have commenting time restrictions. I think it’s 3-9 minutes between leaving comments for normal folks. Then I’ll at times see other accounts commenting at rates that exceed that, always lefty paid type accounts. Prevents you from replying before being pilled onto.

The downvoting you get on that subreddit gives you the 10 minute timer on responding. You have to have positive karma on it to have no restrictions.

That alone effectively censors conservatives and Trump supporters in most conversations there.

WaPo said it was a false story according to their anonymous source at the Washington Post. Good enough for the top minds on /pol.

Now, back to orange man bad.
