If the guy is reading:

  1. yes tell them you have a deadmans switch, even if you dont
  2. Do NOT talk to the FBI or Law Enforcement without a lawyer if they have you come in. Or just refuse to talk. The only reason they would need to talk to you is if they are building a case against you.
