Time to instate legislation similar to Smith-Mundt and repeal or modify Section 230.
Worth mentioning that only broadcast stations are licensed by the FCC. There is zero regulation on cable news outlets. No license to pull. Further, there are only a handful of stations directly owned by the networks, the rest are owned by other entities and are just affiliates. We need a different sort of penalty than license forfeiture.
