Sure, if that happened. No detective has gone on record about it as far as I know. Not doubting it our of hand, just pointing out that it's unverified, though I do seem to remember Rudy alluding to this as fact. Also worth nothing that Chanel never indicated that she's actually seen all of Weiner's laptop contents, just the publicly released stuff.
