Nothing, I don't think. He was just being vastly overpaid for a job he was't qualified for and it now seems like the reason for this is so he could give half of it to his father when he was VP.

It seems this could be why so many of the Dem has kids working in positions they weren't qualified for. It was a way of getting money to their parents.
