Exactly this.

One good guy at the top with tens of thousands of swamp rats on the bottom. These DOJ rats are in DC or in their blue states sitting on evidence and laptops to help 0bama , hiding texts, redacting names, and doing nothing when good guys drop smoking guns on their lap.
