I am a former Canadian and now Naturalized American. The western Canada provinces are SICK and TIRED of liberals. Bring them into the USA fold and they will be excellent citizens.

But Canada might have an issue with limiting arctic presence, and they're not really doing much for GDP .. too much problem for what they're worth.
