California has plenty. It's just Newsome won't allow them to be extracted.

This is the USA. I'M SURE if the right minds were put to it, WE CAN FIND A WAY to do it without creating a lake of toxic sludge such as pictured in China.

And according to my Ph.D. friend from Tesla, they're really not all that 'rare' either.

Yeah they are called rare earth because you do not find them in concentrated pockets like iron and other minerals. They are literally every where, but you have to sift through literal tons of dirt to extract them.

Doesnt china own the majority of the mines in Africa too? I'm sure they're paying the miners there a fair living wage. I dont see any bleeding heart liberals screeching about those black lives mattering.

Rare earth minerals are also key for renewable/"green" energy, further proving climate change is a manufactured hoax to benefit China.

I suppose that's true. And truthfully, we could pay them enough to make a big difference in their own lives and economy, while still having it be a good deal for us economically.

The Mountain Pass mine in California used to be the biggest producer in the world, but California made sure to put a curb on that with environmental restrictions. It is still there, but not sure how much its actually producing.
