I think you are probably right, since 2008 all I heard was how we needed to turn over congress, clean out the smaller positions and it would filter up..... never happened.... 2010 was a small attempt but other than Trump in 2016 everything else has been business as usual. Trump can only do so much and to be honest, I am truly amazed by how much he has been able to do considering how much has been thrown at him. But until the alphabet agencies are completely gutted of all the corrupt players and everyone that has played a role in all these things held accountable nothing is really going to change without a complete revolution.
