Pretty simple. It is very clear that they are violating those laws and the government can bolster their case by sending letters to get the process started. It may even get them to stop censoring the stories. It would also force the media to cover at least part of the story which as of now is being totally ignored.

Upvoted, the re read "justice dept."...... lol yeah, we investigated that illegal stuff they were doing back then, but they quit doing it, so we arent going to file any charges.
