I sincerely believed that the impetus for a patriotic revolt would be when these misguided, ignorant, anti-First Amendment fascists would take their Anarchic, Commie road-show too far and roll into a rural area where taxpayers had seen and experienced enough wanton destruction of property and death. And at that point, the lead would fly. A frickin' bloody massacre that a few able citizens could supply without too much effort quite frankly on their home turf. Avenues of escape cut off... escape vehicles disabled, no law enforcement present... live streaming be damned. All technology gathered, phones, sim cards, etc. destroyed, and the morning brings the cleanup and removal of the trash save a few trophies left as a warning. Dark, final, but justified.
But, I think that path has been diverted, and the fuse was just lit, but of a different sort. Facebook and Twitter shutting down the free speech of a large newspaper (NY Post) on their platforms. And punishing anyone who dares to resist their demands. OK, they are companies who should be able to do business with whomever they care to. Whether it's baking a cake, or publishing articles. We can all live without Facebook, Twitter, or most any media entity. Life may not be as comfortable, but you'll live through your discomfort. However, when these companies work to obfuscate and outright lie in order to effect the outcome of elections, a line has been crossed. They are no longer just voracious data collectors, advertisers, public opinion shapers, and amplifiers of certain fringe elements. They are insurrectionists, every bit as liable as the Antifa fools and faux BLM rioters polluting the highways and byways of this great nation with their irrational caterwauling, all absent of genuine thought or logic. And as such, combined with everything else that is being revealed, (to the mainstream audience in any case...many pedes have been on top of this fake dossier et al shit since rumors started percolating three plus years ago) perhaps if and only if The Donald wins by such a large margin that Google influence, Facebook and Twitter interference, and ballot-harvesting/fraud are to no avail, the first option will not be necessary, and the second will be confronted by legislation that curbs the tech giant's media manipulation and overreach.
Wishful thinking perhaps. I'm prepared for either option quite frankly, and you should be too.
all it takes is one skirmish for it to cascade into a civil war at this point
