This guy's family are first generation immigrants who fled a war zone, he wants to know if that is what supposedly constitutes his privilege, getting out of a war zone alive? Both are voting for Trump.

This is illegal, tell him to Look into sueing.
Trainings based solely on Race are discrimination.
I told him about Trump's EO stopping these training programs for all companies that do business with the Fed govt, his company is a govt vendor.
