That wouldn't be a good idea, because 230 actually has protections for all sites, including this one. Removing it would open this very site up to leftists lodging any kind of lawsuit against it, effectively killing it.
See the opinion below put out by Justice Thomas today where he basically outlines all the ways that lower courts have expanded 230 protections to essentially cover nearly anything that an online publisher/platform can do. He urges the court to make sure they review 230 in the next case that relates to it. Unfortunately, there's nothing on the docket right now that will allow them to do the reinterpretation, but at least its on their radar.
