Contractors is easy, net payers, as he said. Get 2M in govt contracts but pay 2.5M in taxes? You're good. Would also have to trickle down through employees. Sub-contractors might be a bit trickier.

Universal suffrage was a mistake. Not only do you have dependents voting for more gibs but (and this is mostly because of female suffrage) you also have so many people voting on emotion NOT policy.

If Trumps wins this election the biggest push he need to make is for a voting I.D.. No. more of this weird wishy washy registration process then confirming your I.D. when you get there. One person, one chips card and a pin. Thats it.
Really would like to see a national I.D. system like the CAC system for the gov. Your DL, voter ID, and digital credentials all in one. Might even be able to have secure olnine voting with that because you could digitally confirm your identity with your ID.

Here in Oregon the Democrats are crying about muh voter suppression because a small county only has one ballot drop box and occasionally a short line of cars will form. The fact that you can mail in your ballot, postage paid, if you don't want to wait a few minutes at the drop box doesn't dissuade them from claiming that this is a threat to muh democracy.
In an ironic twist, in California the GOP set up additional drop boxes and the Democrats there are fighting to remove them!
