I just read the whole certiorari and it is clear that he is saying the lines between publisher and distributer can be blurred. However, I don't see where he said they can be held liable for removing content. Instead, I came away from reading Justice Thomas's statement to believe that provision 230 is extremely poorly written. It is so vague and broad that nearly anyone can claim immunity. It has never really been challenged because of it's poor verbiage. There is no way for it to be quantified.
