Do a search online and see if that order is in effect. If it is, and I think it is, give a copy to the teacher, the principle and the school board saying you don't want the school to lose its funding and ask that the class be immediately suspended.
If they ignore you, get a copy of your letters and the teaching info to Donald Trump Jr and to the Dept of Education.
