New York City: where celebrities don't have to quarantine when coming for the VMA's, but playgrounds in Orthodox Jewish neighborhoods are locked, because those people aren't rich and famous, so who cares, right?

I keep going back and forth on which one's worse, Cuomo or deBlasio. Can't decide.
