As much as Big Tech needs to pay, it wouldn’t be wise to take action this close to the election. As much as it sucks, Twitter is a huge platform for Trump & a means to get his message across to people outside of his voter base. Also, his tweets gain national media attention, which forces them to talk about what he wants them to. If he shut them down, he’s lose a significant method of communication.
