I am sorry to have to be the one to say this, but this is not going make one iota of a difference to Jack Dorsey. Until his company's protection from prosecution is removed, in his mind, he has nothing to fear. And he is probably right. Appearing before a Senate committee, unfortunately, means squat.
I am trying to remember when was the last time there were criminal indictments that came out of a Senate hearing? And for the life of me, I cannot think of when the last time that has happened?
Now it's just an invitation there's no teeth behind it Jack will ignore it he won't show up and they won't do anything to drag his ass in there
