I am sorry to have to be the one to say this, but this is not going make one iota of a difference to Jack Dorsey. Until his company's protection from prosecution is removed, in his mind, he has nothing to fear. And he is probably right. Appearing before a Senate committee, unfortunately, means squat.

I am trying to remember when was the last time there were criminal indictments that came out of a Senate hearing? And for the life of me, I cannot think of when the last time that has happened?
