Everyone bitches about big company board rooms and stockholders and profit margins...

Well, this is what happens when CEOs do stupid shit and the government threatens to drop the hammer on their ass. Board rooms and stockholder's pucker factor intensifies.

They call the CEO in and spank his ass to stop doing stupid shit.
