Joe's an old-school Democrat politician. He knows that packing the Supreme Court is akin to destroying the third branch of government. If left to his own devices, he probably wouldn't go through with it. Unfortunately, everyone knows that he is old and weak. He probably wouldn't make it to the midterms of his first term. Kumala Harris shows no indication of having independent thought and will go along with whatever the loudest the voice of her constituency is, which at this moment is the far-left whackjobs. Therefore, electing Biden will surely lead to packing the court.
