She really did. And as a female who once worked in the media world, she had a full team of hair and makeup and still looked "off". I get the humidity and hair in Miami....but that's what your glam team is for. They failed and then she failed terribly.

Look at her eyes: not a trace of any muscle movement at the edges (the sign of a natural smile).

Another reasonable cause is that her long-abused staff turnover is even higher after the Ped0 arrests since she's unhinged, and most of the experienced people is already gone and she's having the 4th and not very qualified hairdresser for the year.
