I feel you on all fronts, but especially:

It is also a colossal pain in the ass to get the prescription filled.

Good God this fucking irkes me. After 3 years of no issues I should be allowed to have more than a 30 day supply. Hell, ill take the 30 day if I can get a refill without waiting until the very last second by law and contact the office every single time.
