What I thought was a conservative but non-political family, parents have turned anti-Trump due to media.
They watch CNN everyday now and every time we have a conservation they have to inject a comment (something negative) has to be said about Trump. It is making normal Americans see news and become addicted to gossip, feeling driven morning talk show-like.
For the past months, I have seen negativity and hate consume their hearts.
COVID keeps people at home. FAKE NEWS brain washes them. The hate consumes them and how convenient of mail in ballots to just "mail" an anti-trump vote.
To not care about the echo chamber that is reddit is one thing because of the "demographic". These are BOOMER+, the major voting block.
I believe Trump still takes it, but I am worried 4 years later.
I think Trump has this election, but I have been thinking that if Trump does lose I dont think a Republican is going to win again anytime soon. If Trump loses with 90% in party support than everytime a Republican wins the MSM knows that they can turn the propaganda to 11 and get them put out of office any time they want.
I think Trump has it because the FAKENEWS brainwashing only will cement the electoral votes of the state for this election, not enough yet to swing a whole state.
My worry is the next four years.
But if Trump does lose this election, then that timeline is already here and say goodbye to anything conservative until a tipping point is reached.
Fake news needs to be dismantled and journalism needs to be made great again

What about mainstream news/media? Even if Trump wins if nothing changes, conservative work become so much harder.
