Well, I think that Devin Nunes really hits it on the head that the biggest problem is that there isn't a solid checks/balances for the FBI. The result is that you can fire as many FBI heads as you want, but the work never changes because there's not a system to hold the work accountable.
IMO, the best thing might be to just create a new organization from the ground up that serves as a gateway that the FBI has to use for all of it's work. It will force the FBI to play by the rules that America wants them to play by. This sort of balancing system should have been created in the beginning.

The explanation makes sense to me that if you’re copying an entire hard drive over (and it appeared that Rudy had the hard drive copy on a PC, verses a Mac which housed the original hard drive) there would be subtle underlying changes to the data.

Well, I think that Devin Nunes really hits it on the head that the biggest problem is that there isn't a solid checks/balances for the FBI. The result is that you can fire as many FBI heads as you want, but the work never changes because there's not a system to hold the work accountable.
IMO, the best thing might be to just create a new organization from the ground up that serves as a gateway that the FBI has to use for all of it's work. It will force the FBI to play by the rules that America wants them to play by. This sort of balancing system should have been created in the beginning.

For those of you that aren’t Apple/iOS users, this is an Apple service that syncs your mobile devices with your laptop/desktop computers so you have local copies of everything on all your devices.
So when he took the laptop in for repair, it had a copy of everything on his iPhone. Emails, photos, videos, text messages, documents... if he didn’t change the defaults, which it appears he didn’t, then they have unredacted copies of ALL his correspondence up until late 2019.

I've been seeing articles saying the Metadata for the emails shows it was made in September. I figure this will be their angle for denial. Has anyone else looked into this? I'm not very tech savvy so I'm not sure if they are putting spin on this.

He didn't say anything about Metadata. He mentioned times and dates but not that.
They discuss how a copy of the hard drive was made and as a result it played with the vectors. Did you not watch the whole video?
I watched the video but I have no idea what vectors have to do with Metadata. Are they the same thing? Related? I'm a idiot when comes to tech. Sorry.
I’m certainly not a tech expert, either, so hopefully someone else weighs in, but my understanding is that the vectors issue would be related to the Metadata issue.
The explanation makes sense to me that if you’re copying an entire hard drive over (and it appeared that Rudy had the hard drive copy on a PC, verses a Mac which housed the original hard drive) there would be subtle underlying changes to the data.
That doesn’t make the copy wrong. It’s just a transfer issue.
Yea Rudy said it was a older program which made sense. I know if I open or transfer a old excel file and open with a newer version weird things happen like that or the cell will be sized different and stuff. Didn't even think about MAC to PC though.
