Yeah I used to think castration was a good option but thenI read something about they still hurt kids after castration.

Its not about sex for them, its a sadistic need to have complete control over someone.

Probably why victims become perpetrators. Someone made them feel powerless so that makes their subconscious desire to feel powerful.

As a lesser but still bad example I remember all of my bullies from high school had fucked up home lives. Abusive, drug addicted parents. I used to hate them in school but once I got older I realized they were getting it worse at home.
