Back in the late 00s I was religiously playing Warhammer Online. The High Elves in Warhammer lore are a bit effeminate, and the game took it to the extreme. Most of the male characters didn't look too far from the female ones.
I had a male Sorcerer named Jender Ishyooz. I got reported a few times. They never banned me. Based Mythic Entertainment.

GCD system there turned me off. I stuck with DAoC instead.
But Mythic did edit names frequently too I admit
I still play on RoR. had issues for sure, but I loved WAR
