She said she doesn’t own a computer. How can he lead designer of video games not own a computer at home? Sounds like a diversity hire to me.

That’s the nature of it. Gaming companies hire under qualified women because women don’t game nearly as much as men so this will somehow draw more women into games.

So you get shit like this where she’s involved in the direction of PC games that she would never play or otherwise be interested in.

Designers do not program, write, or develop anything. The hold meetings with the devs and creative team to control the direction of the project.

This one in particular was hired to make sure the game pushed the right sjw ideals while avoiding "triggers"and bad think that might cause twitter mobs.
