Yes and no. Ohio allows open carry, and also is a "shall issue" CCW state. The major difference is how traveling in a car is different. Without the CCW, one must empty the pistol and store it in separate compartments. This in my opinion hinders open carry. In my opinion, its counter intuitive to have to grab you pistol, ammo, load and holster the weapon just to to walk into a store. That act alone could be seen as brandishing.
And then there's California, who needs to be reminded that they are a territory of the United States, subject to it's laws, and may not engage in human rights abuses such as the denial of constitutional rights of US citizens living or traveling within.
The name largely doesn't matter but we should be taking a page from the leftists' book and play the PR game. It's why BLM is a good name for the organization because normies confuse it with a moral statement.
That's going to make Dana Loesch levitate in joy for awhile. Just like immigration is the single issue for Coulter and Malkin, reciprocity is Loesch's single issue.
Still highly recommend everyone get their CCW AND some form of gun owners insurance! Your personal insurance will NOT cover you protecting yourself from a home invasion, and even if you are in the right to defend yourself, a lawsuit can START at $250,000.
Banning responsibility? That makes sense. Make it harder for people to legally defend their rights and home intruders will start fertilizing backyards.
Look up comparison tables that show you what the limits are on liability.
A few of them only cover costs AFTER you've been acquitted (which is fine if you've got access to a quarter mile cash just laying around). So read the fine print differences.
When I looked at them, Texas/US Law Shield and the one that Andrew Branca is associated with seemed the most solid two in terms of actual terms and liability/coverage limits. One or two others seemed maybe ok depending on your situation and needs. A couple of them seemed like really bad/scammy/useless deals.
Yes indeed. Once the body goes down, do NOT touch it! Don't try to plant anything on the body either. Only give the police the most bare information, IE "An intruder broke into my home. I feared for my life. I think he's dead." Let them know you are armed, and where in the house you are. Say NOTHING else until you have spoken to your lawyer. There's plenty of people out there willing to give more in-depth instructions.
I thought Obergefell was supposed to be a blueprint to nationwide reciprocity.
The basis of the decision was a marriage license in one state has to be recognized in another; and 2A advocates were like “well there’s nationwide reciprocity right there.”
Maybe waiting for ACB to have a reliable 5-4 majority bc fuck Roberts.
With how frequently the left refers to them as "compensation for tiny penises" we can claim they are required sex enhancers. Any denial of carrying firearms is basically misgendering us. "What? You don't want me carrying a firearm? Why are you transphobic, you bigot?"
Is it? A "marriage" is government consenting to your personal relationship. Seems like this one is backwards. You shouldn't need to get the government to authorize it.
[Redpill] Don't have to get it passed the House, ONLY the SENATE does Judicial confirmations :)
Please put some PEDES on the WH Supreme Court List!! Then put them on the Supreme Court!!! I get the 1 swamp supported conservative, then 1 not as swamp supported Constitutionalist; but we DONT need more ROBERTSes on the court, no matter what gender/race/checkboxes they are.
NYC and Detroit criminals don't care about laws banning concealed carry, they carry anyway. It also makes them assume everyone is easy prey because they're obeying the law and aren't carrying.
As I said, we have concealed carry in Michigan. It's pretty easy to get. Most Detroit crime is local on local. You can do business here and as long as you look like you could be carrying, you're fine.
YES, national carry next. Madman promises and delivers
I prefer the term Constitutional Carry. As the Founders intended.
Pew pew
Hamilton shot first!
As did Han.
Speaking of which, RIP HanAssholeSolo's account
Bu-bu-bU-BuBut!!!!! WhAt AbOuT WaRnInG ShOtS?!?!?! He ShOuLd HaVe ShOt tHe GuN oUt HiS HaNdS!!!!!
I, too, have been watching the news the past six months
😂😂😂😂😂 That was really good!👌👍
Are they black and scary?
I've heard that if you have a 30-calibre clip, it could disperse with 30 bullets in half a second. . . . 30 magazine clip. Half a second.
What ever happened to Kevin de Leon, our favorite low-info gun grabber? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iJmFEv6BHM0
You forgot “military style”.
Do you know what automatic assault weapons do? They automatically assault people. Evil rifles!
I like those odds.
Only have 8 shots but have a knife too...
8 shots with a knife? Sounds like a certain rifle that helped the US win WWII
Constitutional Carry and no gun law restrictions applying to any verified citizen with a valid voting ID.
If you live in a State that allows Open Carry, no permit - you already live in a Constitutional Carry state.

I don't care what they call it, just get it done!!!
The name largely doesn't matter but we should be taking a page from the leftists' book and play the PR game. It's why BLM is a good name for the organization because normies confuse it with a moral statement.
So we call it, National missing child safety law!

Know the law, protect yourself, and get coverage!
But sHoOt tHe lEg remember!
Is that cause cremation is cheaper than decades of medical care?
Dead men tell no tales. They also don't wear plaid. However, they DO vote democrat exclusively.
Works for the Chinese, doesn't it
Morbid/fun fact: a pet pig is even cheaper.
Fun fact. Washington State and New York have banned all carry insurance. (I live in WA and tried to get some)
Banning responsibility? That makes sense. Make it harder for people to legally defend their rights and home intruders will start fertilizing backyards.
100% on the gun owners insurance. Texas Law Shield (now US Law Shield) is amazing. $10/month for a little peace of mind.
Thoughts on USCCA?
USCCA offers more compensation (emotional trauma payouts, etc) but has caps on how much legal expense coverage you get. (for $22/mo)
Lawshield won’t pay you out for getting your feelers hurt, but you’ve got unlimited legal expense coverage (for $10/mo)
Lawshield all the way for me.
Look up comparison tables that show you what the limits are on liability.

Got my Georgia Weapon License today! Woohoo!!
My ccw instructor advised me to drag them in my house even if they make it to the porch, not to let them live, and not to ever answer questions
That's retarded advice that will get you charged with murder.

As a CCW instructor, that guy shouldn't be running a 7-Eleven let alone a CCW class.
I got my Alabama CCW at a 7-11
Mine said the same thing, drag em in. I wouldn’t advise it, but definitely say absolutely nothing.
You shoot, neutralize the threat, and then seek safety/cover until the police arrive and hope they do not cause another life and death situation.

I think people aren’t getting the sarc
Yeah, it took me a moment to realize it was sarcasm, too.
Firearms are love.
With how frequently the left refers to them as "compensation for tiny penises" we can claim they are required sex enhancers. Any denial of carrying firearms is basically misgendering us. "What? You don't want me carrying a firearm? Why are you transphobic, you bigot?"
A good ol </s> would be helpful here 😂
Is it? A "marriage" is government consenting to your personal relationship. Seems like this one is backwards. You shouldn't need to get the government to authorize it.
He was referring to dumbasses who actually say that, it was sarcasm.
Good luck getting it passed the house.
Alternatively, get a case to the SC
And then get them to accept it.
6-3 majority it could happen
[Redpill] Don't have to get it passed the House, ONLY the SENATE does Judicial confirmations :)

MAKE THE CONSTITUTION ENFORCED AS WRITTEN AGAIN!
Or get clapped!
If law enforcement can have national carry so can we. It's a right not a privilege. If I drive through nyc or detroit I want my steel handy. Period.
NYC and Detroit criminals don't care about laws banning concealed carry, they carry anyway. It also makes them assume everyone is easy prey because they're obeying the law and aren't carrying.
NYS permits also say invalid in the 5 boroughs but no one listens to that shit either.
As I said, we have concealed carry in Michigan. It's pretty easy to get. Most Detroit crime is local on local. You can do business here and as long as you look like you could be carrying, you're fine.
I'm carrying in Detroit right now. Don't lump us in with them!
