Enough already with the control games. The pandemic is now a “casedemic” The media went wild when Trump and all the others got “positive” CoVid tests. Yet not a single person died. Even obese Chris Christie with several co morbidities didn’t die. Why isn’t good news being reported? I also just read a few Indy Colts tested positive but now find out they were FALSE positives. We are seeing a lot of that now. What’s going on here?

If you WANT to get tested because you THINK you have covid, they'll happily provide you with the POSITIVE test results, to continue the narrative.

Not only have none of us seen anybody drop dead on the street in front of our eyes, I dare someone to find a covid patient and put them in front of me (or me in front of them).

I'm 99.99999% sure IF someone COULD find a suffering covid patient and present them, they'd have symptoms in line with the common cold (stuffed up, runny nose, cough) and annual influenza (fever, cough, sore throats, possibly pneumonia)..

But then my next question would be "find me someone with the common cold/flu right now who isn't one of your precious Covid cases"

Surprised that suddenly those other illnesses stopped existing.

There was 2 instances when the lost me. First its was when they said it stays on surfaces. 2 months later they said it doesnt. 2nd one was masks were meaningless it wouldn't stop it. I was like hold on everyone was wearing masks and still getting it. CV19 IS part of the coronavirius are they just testing for the Coronaviris or CV19. Makes ya think.

You sound like me.

'Coronaviruses' not to be confused with Covid-19

They're pressing cases because death numbers are low, and those low death numbers aren't scary enough.

Remember when they were screaming that deaths would double by the end of the year from 200,000 to 400,000. Then very quietly they “revised” the number to about 300,000? They are literally making numbers up to gin up the fear. Many of these numbers include died WITH CoVid than FROM CoVid.

The most rationale course of action is protect the most vulnerable and open up.

So scary that .0004% of our population could die off before 2021.

Yup. And it happens every single year! The horrors.

Just like every year

The most rational course is for the vulnerable to protect themselves while everyone else acts like normal people. Enough of this diseased bugman mentality where I'm supposed to give a damn about some weak stranger and shackle myself for their sake. Life is hard, take Vitamin D.

It is quite easy to get a positive RT-PCR test from ANY nasal swab sample. All the lab needs to do is up the Cycle Threshold (CT) when amplifying the DNA strand. You replicate the sample (amplify) more than 35 times and you'll almost always return a positive result. The CT value isn't standardized between states, counties, cities, or even local labs. It's important to note that if you receive a positive RT-PCR (nasal swab) test result that you demand to know the CT number, especially if you're asymptomatic. If that CT value if over 35 you should get another test in a few days to verify the results.

Positive cases benefit Democrat run cities/states as they want to tout how horrible a job President Trump is doing (and they want to justify more federal money sent their way to deal with an increased case count). You just watch what happens after the election. Won't surprise me if the number of new cases drop like a rock because all they have to do is tell their health departments to standardize on a CT of 30-35 for all RT-PCR tests.

Here's an article from NYTimes that discusses this in more detail: Your Coronavirus Test is Positive - Maybe it Shouldn't Be

Thanks. Surprised it was The NY Times that had this. I’ll check it out.
