Honestly, until Trump starts to eliminate agencies and departments nothing is going to change. Everything he's done up until now is peanuts for what really needs to be done. He needs to reduce agency budgets to zero, eliminate all positions and other resources, and buy out of any extending contracts. Then, once there is only a shell remaining, force Congress to just eliminate them.

Otherwise, everything he's done will be undone with the next election.
