I've just realized that Backblaze banned Gab so now I need to find an alternate secure backup. What do you use and/or recommend? I've seen suggestions like IDrive and Carbonite.
Update: I have a Synology DS1515+ that was underused so I've gone to Synology Drive for backup and a backup of the 1515 to Synology C2 cloud backup.
Get a NAS (network attached storage) device or your own server. I recently bought a mini PC for $400, added a second SSD to it for another $50 and I use it to keep backups of my critical files myself.

I run a Synology DS1515+ on my network for onsite bacup but wanted offsite backup as well. This is my personal backup, of course, but I treat it a bit more seriously as I'm doing onsite backup for myself, my wife, and my 5 sons.
