When you're so sexist that you think expressing interest in toys advertised towards girls means you have a "girl brain", and you're so homophobic you'd rather tell your neighbors you have a sick daughter than risk them finding out your son is going through an "effeminate phase", so you buy them a bunch of dresses and psychologically reward them and make them feel special if they play along and then tell them that anyone who tells them it's wrong is an evil person that wants to kill them so they live their lives in fear and confusion that's only compounded by the mind and body altering drugs you force them to take until they finally snap and kill themselves, and then you use their suicide to garner the public sympathy and attention you used to get by bragging about having a trendy trans child.

If gender and sex are different, doesn't it seem more rational to treat gender instead of mutilate sex as treatment? In one scenario you can procreate, in the other you you will never integrate into society.
