Most of Q, from what I've seen, is digging into the world-wide pedo rings (which do seem to exist) and the a bunch of worse stuff (adrenochome, organ harvesting, satanic rituals ...) which has much less evidence.
Followers of Q like to look into the pedo stuff but the actual Q infos themselves are mainly detailing what is happening internally and giving a better picture of the different power structures going on, who to watch, what to investigate.
