These ballots were blank and being delivered to homes. You know the route, and the addresses, and you know who hasn't bothered voting in the last several (or any) elections. You know who only just registered to vote, or who was registered fraudulently, or who shouldn't still be on the rolls but is. They comprise a group far less likely to go out and raise a fuss about getting a replacement mail in ballot if none arrive. And that's the group you can safely forge ballots for. Nov 4th rolls around and suddenly there's "record democrat turnout" despite zero apparent enthusiasm.
Now, maybe you don't try and flip the state in the Presidential in Kentucky, but those aren't the only elections being held. what about the House? The Senate? Is there a Mayor, a Governor, an AG or a County Sheriff up for election on this ballot? One who will turn the other way for some protests but not others? Who will enforce door to door confiscations, mask laws, or mandatory vaccines? 100 ballots could make a huge difference in those smaller elections... and these are just the 100 that were found. Not every (D) is retarded in how they dispose of the ballots.
Now that I've taught you to think like a (D) you'll start recognizing the approach everywhere.
