My thoughts as well, but I don't want to come out negative on people actually voting. We really should be voting on Nov 3rd so they don't know how much to cheat in advance.
I usually vote no on state constitution amendments.
Most of it is something that can be dealt with through other channels, and shouldn’t be amended in the states constitution because it rarely ever gets taken out and who knows how it could be used down the line.

If you want to make sure your vote counts, why are you voting early? Everyone should vote day of election in person to ensure their vote is counted.
Oregon doesn't have in-person voting. We've always had mail-in.
