Actually that guy’s explanation was actually pretty accurate. It is a series of tubes - virtually - in which information flows. It is subject to similar rules in terms of diameter/bandwidth and congestion.

They know exactly what its about. They just play dumb so they don't fall victim to censorship. Can't win reelection if the internet overlords don't let you exist.
