One of my great-nephews (age 16) in my hometown in Nebraska was out at a farm friend's screwing around with their Odyssey (I think?) 4-wheeler which are all over the place around that community a couple summers back and - shocker with kids!! - one of the friends decided to FLOOR it up a ridiculous incline, wasn't strapped in, it fell BACK on him (age 13 at the time) crushing his pelvis and femur. His parents sued the shit out of the farmers though it was CLEARLY his fault - I mean seriously, are they going to lock up all their equipment?
