You're obviously interested in the topic. Why rely on the interpretation of third parties instead of going directly to the primary source? Table 3. You'll see what the "commodities" are. A lot of what is listed is the actual final mechanism of death (respiratory failure).
If someone dies of respiratory failure from covid pneumonia, would they be counted in the 6K?
No clue, the corruption caused by Government Payouts of "Covid Related Deaths" completely destroyed the integrity of the data collection process.

Are they figuring the smokers drinkers obese? This number could be knocked down much further
If they had no co-morbidities, like asthma, heart disease, etc. they would be counted in the 6k.
