This is an excellent idea, but to expect the president to do that requires first that he be intimately familiar with it, and two that he be able to articulate himself in that manner. Let's face it, half the reason half the people dislike the president is because they don't understand what he is saying. Those of us that get it get it. He articulates things in a difficult to dissect way. He lays things out in a "you and I know what's going on" sort of way. And that's hard to decipher if you don't know what is going on.
But actually dissecting a label for a set of very complex ideas, conversations, pieces of information is a very strong and powerful tactic. It neuters the ability for the dishonest opponent to call it a bad name and be done with it. If you're good at it, it forces the dishonest opponent to potentially acknowledge that some specific thing they tried to not address is something reasonable. Is it unreasonable to think that there are a few powerful dudes that like to fuck little girls, know each other and pass some around to one another? That's not far fetched at all. Everyone on earth when asked would say "yeah that probably happens somewhere". There are mountains of definitive proof that it has happened throughout history. But to just call it "pizzagate" or "qanon" allows them to sidestep this. What you're suggesting prevents them from doing so.
