Maybe someone cam help me with this. Qannon is a person (or persons) who have been posting anonymously for over 3 years now claiming to be "military intelligence". If Q is so dangerous, why don't they just go arrest him? Am I to understand that the FBI doesn't have the capability to I.D. an anonymous poster?
