They have made it pretty clear that "people who believe there is a satanic pedo cult" are "Q anon" according to the left.

So it's not really that they believe all Trump supporters 'believe in q' it's that they are calling us a cult, and using the 'q anon' label to classify us as crazy conspiracy theorists, because it's a term the left is very familiar with.

More people on the left know that q anon exists than could name a single policy of Trump's.
