At the time this was a slightly farfetched (exaggerated) cartoon. We were barely learning about Romney, but we did know about Nancy for sure. Kerry I haven't heard a whole lot about however. I can't find the exact date this was first posted, as much as Ben's site is entertaining it's a clusterfuck and I hate having to browse through it.
I don't think he prophesized it, he just read the articles and stories about those four swamp creatures and their ties to Ukrainian corruption.
