I also live here. I haven't watched local news in more than a decade but I'm guessing the daily top stories are still usually something related to hot dish recipes or a pending snowfall.

Pretty much and they all incidentally showcase Dem politicians eating hot dish and Amy Klobuchar reiterated her untakedownofTrump'sHaircauseblizzard. There is no real news in the Twin Cities except Alpha News and Powerline. AlphaNews is best though because it's all Minnesota state based.
