Any person can fill out any ballot and give it to anyone without verification of anything and it will count. You decided to change the rules and have rapists and felons vote for you. You decided to try to make random-ass foreigners somehow count for your districting and you want them to vote in federal elections. You want to reduce the voting age as well.
