Same FBI that spied on Trump campaign, same FBI that lied to FISA judges, same FBI that has no idea what Antifa is and sees "white supremacists" as the biggest threat to the nation despite months of arson, looting, and riots, same FBI that tried to hide the tarmac meeting with Bill and Loretta, same FBI that allowed Epstein's pedophile island........ It's beyond incompetence at this point. They need to be broken up and replaced or vetted and absorbed into another agency.
