Even many people around here can't compare/contrast a right versus a privilege, or outline what the different responsibilities a State government should have versus the Federal. Even the people on the right track have a long way to go. Making America Great Again is unfortunately not possible without at least a decade of targeted effort, but at least the phrase sounds nice and gets people on board.
